The Zululand Expo committee would like to inform interested parties that a call is made for quotations for the following services for Zululand Expo 2008.   

BRIEFING SESSIONS WILL BE HELD ON 03 JUNE 2008 IN THE EXPO CENTRE, ZCBF COMMUNITY PARK SHOW GROUNDS, GATE NO. 3, LEISURE LANE. If you are interested in tendering it is advisable that you attend the briefing sessions as all is explained at these sessions. Sessions will be held as follows:-

• CLEANING  Contract - 09h00
• SECURITY  Contract - 10h00
  

Documents are obtainable from the Expo office, only after the briefing sessions,  at a cost of R50 per document,  which is non-refundable.

Zululand Expo takes place at the ZCBF Community Park (show grounds)  from 25 – 27 September  2008.

CLOSING DATES FOR PROPOSALS & QUOTATIONS IS 12H00 - 13 JUNE 2008.
