• Each exhibitor will be given allocated exhibitor tickets and 1 parking permit for free. Only on presentation of this ticket will the exhibitor be allowed to gain access onto the showgrounds at gate no. 5, gate no. 8, gate no. 3 or gate no. 2.
• Exhibitors who need to leave the grounds should ensure that their exhibitor’s ticket is stamped by security to regain access (pass out).
• Exhibitor vehicle permits - each exhibitor will be issued with one free vehicle permit. This is not an entry card for the exhibitor, but will allow the exhibitor to offload equipment before the start of the expo.
• All persons in a vehicle are to have entry tickets. NO TICKET= NO ENTRY.
• Extra exhibitor tickets can be purchased at the expo office.

FACILITIES ON SHOWGROUNDS
Exhibitors are kindly reminded that the ZCBF show grounds is a business facility and not a caravan park or resort. An accommodation village (Lalaphanzi) is situated on the grounds. Bookings direct with Gena 083 269 4864. Paraplegics entrance is situated at gate no.4.
