• Each exhibitor application will receive 1 parking permit and allocated exhibitor tickets for free with each stand booked and paid for.
• Additional tickets can be purchased from the Expo information office at a cost of R50 per exhibitor ticket, R50 per parking permit, R50 per service ticket.
• Please note only exhibitor tickets allow access/pass-out throughout the day. No other pass-outs are permitted.
• Exhibitor’s Parking Permit will only allow exhibitors to offload/deliver an hour before the show each day, and park in exhibitors parking. No permanent parking is allowed in the grounds.
• The Parking Permit will allow an exhibitor to offload an hour before the show each day and then proceed to park in allocated exhibitors parking. No parking in the grounds or your vehicle will be towed away.
• Outside exhibitors to provide their own 4,5kg chemical powder fire extinguisher on stand - to be inspected by fire department.
• Shell scheme exhibitors are provided with one 15 AMP plug point, 2 spotlights and partitioning.
• Note: this is for indoor halls only. Extra’s to be booked with Shell Contractor direct.
• Exhibitors in marquees are provided with one 15 AMP plug point per stand (if requested) and general lighting.
  

(Main Marquees A & B).

• Shell Scheme for marquees must be on request.
• Each exhibitor to provide their own minimum 30m-extension cord which will be connected to the electrical board closest to the exhibitor’s stand.
• Private electrician or exhibitor may NOT carry our electrical work. An expo electrician will be on duty 24 hours at no charge to the exhibitor.
• All electrical appliances in use during the duration of the show will at all times be in good working order. Should any appliances be faulty and cause interferences or interruptions in the power or inconvenience other exhibitors in any way, the faulty equipment will be removed by the organisers.
• No pets allowed.
• Indoor stands (halls and marquees) will close at 21:00 of each day and all doors will be locked by security.
• Security is provided in the halls and marquees. Exhibitors providing their own security, need to declare this information to Expo office.
• Doors to hall and marquee will open at 09:00 only on each day. (security reasons)
• No person is allowed to overnight in any of the halls or marquees.
  

FLEAMARKET / CARAVAN EXHIBITORS

• Only flea market exhibitors with caravans are allowed to sleep on the grounds. (i.e. no sleeping in tents)
• Additional electricity (i.e. more than one 15 amp) will be charged to the exhibitor
• All electricity requirements must be declared on the electricity application form.
• Exhibitor’s to provide their own 30m-extension cord, which will be connected to the electrical board closest to their stand.
• No double plugs will be allowed.
• No pets allowed.
• STANDS MAY HAVE TO BE MOVED FOR LOGISTICAL PURPOSES AT ORGANISERS DISCRETION.
  

 
CATERERS / FOOD COURTS

• Food courts will be appointed by expo committee.
• Regulations will be provided and enforced by the Fire and Health Departments.
• Health regulations must be followed and inspections will be done before the start of the show and during the show period by the Health Inspector.
• Caterer’s to identify their electrical requirements before the show. Costs of additional electrical requirements will be borne by the caterer.
• Extra tickets for staff manning food courts are to be purchased from the Expo office.
• Staff of food courts will only be allowed into the show grounds at 09:00 of each day. No exceptions will be made.
• Appointed food courts to provide their suppliers with service tickets BEFORE THE EXPO to enable them to gain access into the show grounds.
• Only appointed food courts may sell liquor.
• A separate caterer’s meeting will be held to identify all of the above aspects.
