ACCESS INTO SHOWGROUNDS
EXHIBITOR ENTRY PASSES:
ALL EXHIBITORS MAY ONLY ENTER THE SHOW GROUNDS AT 09:00 OF EACH DAY. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE ALL EXHIBITORS TO PLEASE ENSURE THAT THEY HAVE THE NECESSARY ENTRY PERMITS BEFORE ENTERING THE SHOW GROUNDS. SECURITY WILL BE STRICT.
INCORRECT PERMITS = NO ENTRY EXHIBITORS PARKING AREA
Each exhibitor will be allocated and exhibitor's parking permit. A parking permit is valid for the vehicle only and is NOT AN EXHIBITOR'S ENTRY PERMIT. Please make sure that every person in the vehicle has an entry ticket (i.e. either an exhibitor's ticket or a normal daily entrance ticket). SERVICE TICKETS
Exhibitors who require deliveries to be made to their stands, may purchase a service ticket from the Expo information stand (situated at gate no.3) at R150 per service ticket. Service tickets are valid only for deliveries and have a 2 hour time limit. It is the exhibitors responsibility to ensure that their supplier receives a service ticket (valid for the three days or alternatively a daily pass should be purchased for your supplier). | | IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ALL EXHIBITORS: - ALL STANDS MUST BE COMPLETELY BUILT BY WEDNESDAY 24 SEPTEMBER (20:00) to enable final cleaning of the halls and grounds. NO EXHIBITOR WILL BE ALLOWED TO SET UP ON THE DAYS OF THE SHOW, due to cleaning and security issues.
- Any exhibitor not adhering to the exhibition dates and setting up late or dismantling early, or not adhering to the exhibition times, either opening late or closing early, will be subject to a R300 fine or be disbarred from exhibiting at the Zululand Expo.
